Bill
Create a billing run and every member receives an email with a personal Swiss QR-bill. Amounts come from your fee types — special cases stay editable.

Pay
Members scan the QR code in their e-banking app or pay online with TWINT. Every payment carries a reference that identifies the member and the bill.

Reconcile
Upload your bank statement (camt.054 or CSV) and Vereinli matches each payment to the right bill — split payments, overpayments and cash included.
